BKPNY
BKPNY is a 100% volunteer-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in NYC that collects donated books and sends them to public school and community libraries in the Philippines. We hold book collections\drives from volunteers and supporters and organize fundraising events to cover the shipment of the books to the Philippines and run literacy workshops for community volunteers. To date, we have distributed approximatley 18,000 books to support 24 libraries, from Davao del Norte (Mindanao), to Manila to the Bicol region.
